I am no outdoors person, and I am deathly afraid of heights. But I was super excited to trek up a mountain to try out THE LONGEST, FASTEST, and HIGHEST ZIPLINE IN ASIA. The zipline ride is located at the Outland Adventure, a few minutes ride away from downtown Davao City.

But I failed to conquer my fear. I was too much of a sissy to go to the edge where I was supposed to start the ride. But my fearless companions Kuya Andrew, Blogie, and Winston had an exciting ride.

For this year’s Davao Food Appreciation Tour (DFAT) 2009, we are bringing our guests and participants to Outland Adventure so they can have thrills that can be found nowhere else in Asia. And as a promise to my friends, I will let them push me off the ledge so I can have the experience as well. Wish us luck! 🙂

The Outland Adventure is open on weekends only, from 8 am to 5 pm. It is located along Diversion Road (near the Gap Farm). For inquiries, you may reach them at +6382-224-5855. The fee for the zipline ride is P300 per person. There’s a height limit though. Only persons taller than 4 feet may ride. 🙂
