To start the night on the right note, enjoy an Amuse Bouche to tease your senses. Have a taste of Grilled Marinated Artichokes with prosciutto, asparagus, and salsa verde.

This is followed by soup and salad. The second course is Thai Coconut Soup made with assorted poached seafood with peanuts, and shallots in a fragrant Thai broth. For the salad course, enjoy a Moroccan Chicken Salad with cucumber, almonds, and vinaigrette.

For the main course, you get to choose between a hearty Roasted Prime Rib of Beef and am exquisite Crispy Skin Seabass. The Roasted Prime Rib is served with horseradish potato puree, sauteed greens, and truffled mushroom duxelles. It also comes with sauce bernaise and herb jus.
