The Kadayawan Durian Festival 2016 opened last August 5, 2016 with leaders and VIPs from Davao City’s Agriculture Industry represented by Durian Industry Council of Davao City Chairman Candelario Miculob, SM Lanang Premier General Manager Therese Lapeña – Manalo, and Davao City Councilor Marissa Salvador – Abella.

Here’s how you can enjoy all the durian you can eat for only P150:
- Choose and register with your preferred exhibitor.
- Pay P150.00.
- You may only buy and eat from your chosen exhibitor.
- No sharing. No leftovers.
- Leftovers will be charged P50.00 per kilo depending on the actual weight of the last piece of durian procured from the vendor. This is on top of the P150.00 charge.
