A staple of the Davao Food Appreciation Tour (DFAT) will delight us once again with simple comfort food and unique pastries. With decades of experience in the food service industry and super secret family recipes, Mam Bebs Bakeshop is one of the secret food havens in Davao City.
By serving simple but excellently executed dishes such as lug lug, mami, and siopao, Mam Bebs has delighted generations of Davaoeños. But what the shop is really known for are their pastries, the recipes of which have been handed down from one generation to another. Touted as the best in Davao City, their apple pie, potato rolls, food for the gods, and mango squares keep the bakery’s workshop very busy with orders from loyal clients.

While it has been around for quite a while, and Trellis ‘n Vines has been gaining more popularity in the recent months as it opened a branch in F. Torres Street.

Yellow Fin
The much-awaited Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2011 (DFAT) will definitely be bigger and better. And it will most definitely start off with a bang. Participants arriving early on May 12, will be treated to a grand spread of seafood and Filipino dishes as we eat at Yellow Fin Seafood and Restaurant.
Yellow Fin is known for serving up a “Deliciously Davao!” feast. Some of their specialties are the grilled tuna belly and tuna panga, and the crispy greaseless fried chicken. Their dishes are sure to whet the appetite of the DFAT participants.
