Pamulak sa Kadayawan 2017 [Kadayawan Floral Float Parade]

Most people associate Davao with durian, pomelo, and orchids, among other things. These are just some of the things we celebrate during the Kadayawan Festival. Kadayawan is Davao’s annual thanksgiving celebration that highlights its bountiful harvest of fresh tropical fruits and flowers. Davao’s bountiful harvest do not just add color and flavor to Davao’s culture, but also give a lot of Davaoeños their livelihood and source of income. We pay homage to these gifts through the much awaited Pamulak sa Kadayawan Parade. This year, Pamulak sa Kadayawan 2017 will take place on August 20, Sunday.

United. Resilient.”
