Oyster Omelette and Kiampong Rice

Last Saturday, I had dinner with some of The Usual Suspects and our special guest Ms. Aileen Apolo. Kuya Andrew, Migs, Aileen, and I went to the newly opened Red Moon Chinese Cuisine and Delicacies restaurant to have late dinner.

Ate Aileen and I both had the Sweet and Sour Pork (PhP 80) which was delicious. I also tried out their Kiampong Rice (PhP 40). Kuya Andrew enjoyed their Honey Spring Chicken (PhP130), but he wasn’t able to finish everything even if we all tried to help him out because the serving was just too much for one person. Migs ordered their Oyster Omelette which came with a spicy sauce.
