One rainy night, me and my cousins were looking for a place to have dinner. We happened to pass by Honey Bear Chicken House along Quirino Avenue, and we decided we’d try it out. And we weren’t dismayed by our experience.

I tried out their creamy of mushroom soup, which was good. It was creamy, and has generous amounts of mushroom. I also tried out their deep fried pork belly (aka lechon kawali) which was huge, crispy, and very tasty. Not too salty.

My cousin tried out their famouse deep fried chicked which he thoroughly enjoyed. According to him, the chicken was so good, the gravy was unnecessary.
Over all, we had a pleasant experience. The food was great, the service was good, and the prices were just right.
Honey Bear Chicken House is located along Quirino Avenue (near Central Bank) in Davao City.
My mom told me that she and my dad used to date there back then. And she also said that, if I were to eat there I should definitely try their chicken.
