FPS launched their Davao recruitment hub in July 2022. And this month, November 2022, they officially start their Davao operations. They plan to hire at least 1,000 professionals by the end of 2022.
During the inauguration, FPS Chairman and President Amit Basak shared “We are very pleased to start our operations in Davao and excited to tap the city’s highly skilled outsourcing professionals.” He explains further “This expansion will help bring the kind of excellent service that Full Potential is known for to more customers not only in the Philippines but also worldwide.”
FPS has been operating in the Philippines for 5 years now. And the Full Potential Solutions Davao Office is their second site in the country. Their first office is located in Metro Manila.
According to FPS VP for Operations Rex Arenas, they intend to grow the company by employing up to 2,000 more employees. There is also a possibility of opening another Davao office in the future.
