Farfalla is latest Italian restaurant in Davao City. And their unique offering is fresh pasta. But before we proceed to that, let me tell you about their awesome appetizers and soups.
Farfalla’s menu also has a Cold Cuts Platter (P435), a Cheese Platter (P380), and a Cold Cuts and Cheese Platter (P550), among others on their list of Antipasti or Appetizers. Note to self: must try the Cheese Platter.
I’ve tried their Onion Soup (P130) and their Cappuccino of Spinach and Carrot Cream Soup (P95). The cappuccino is definitely a winner, blending well both spinach and carrots accented with orange. Very refreshing, even if it’s a hot soup. They also have a Vichyssoise of Pesto on their menu, which I want to try soon.
The menu also offers some very interesting Piatti Principale to choose from such as Garlic Roast Chicken (P245), Herb Roasted Lamb (P360), Spicy Mussels (P335), and Pernod Flamed Prawns (P550). I haven’t tried any though but I would love to have some of those Herb Roasted Lamb.
I’m looking forward to going back to Farfalla for more Italian goodness.
