The Secret Garden Cafe is currently one of our favorite cafes.  Book a seat there today and let us know if you love them, as well.

They became popular around 2019 because of their cookies and unique indoor garden setup.

We only got to visit them in 2024 because they are a bit out of the way and the place has limited seating. It is a cozy place that serves delectable dishes.

What to Order

They serve usual cafe drinks, unique coffee, and non-coffee beverages. Also on the menu are sandwiches and pasta dishes.

Their Cafe Latte is good. If you want something cold, Ria recommends the Cold Brew with Vanilla Foam. And if you are not into coffee, both their House Iced Tea and Tropical Iced Tea are highly recommended by Andrew.

Their savory menu is just sandwiches and pasta. We love their Bacon and Maple Grilled Sandwich. Their sourdough bread is impeccable. It is filled with cheese and bacon, and drizzled with maple syrup. It is a good combination of sweet and savory grilled to give a hint of smokey flavor. It comes with chips and a side salad making a good balanced light meal.

We have tried two of their pasta dishes and we like both. The Garlic Chicken Alfredo is creamy but not too overwhelming. The garlic balances the dish well and the chicken is tasty and juicy. And for those who love their pasta a bit spicy, their Hungarian Pasta is just right. The spicy Hungarian Sausage goes well with their tomato sauce. It is topped with fresh basil which gives a nice contrast to the dish. Both pasta dishes come with Secret Garden’s sourdough bread. Superb.

We have yet to try their cookies because those are always sold out.

Garden and Local Art

The Secret Garden Cafe is often lauded for its beautiful indoor garden.

Rightfully so. The plants and trinkets that fill the small cozy area bring life to the cafe. They are tastefully decorated without overwhelming or crowding the small area. Every inch is gorgeous and unique.

Not surprisingly, the cafe is owned by an artist, Paolo Ramirez.

Ramirez’s art and merch are sold in the cafe. As well as books and a few other items. We got some of their beautiful art cards.

Every visit to The Secret Garden Cafe is a delight. It fills our tummies and our hearts with happiness.

A tip for all: make sure to give them a call or send them a message to book a seat. They have limited seating and is likely to be full any day. They are open daily from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm only.

Spend the weekend amidst plants and quirky trinkets. Every corner of Secret Garden is picturesque. But the real secret is how good their coffee and food are.
