Nord’s Bread Hub is now open in Davao. Unlike their other branches, Nords Davao serves savory meals, pasta, and more. It is definitely a must-try spot here in the metro.

Bread by Nords Davao

Nord’s, as it name suggests, is a place for bread. Entering the place would immediately send you to heaven with the pleasant smell of fresh bread.

They offer a variety of popular European breads and unique Asian breads. Pork Floss is side by side with sourdough, ciabatta, and other breads. But our favorites are the Lemon Brioche and the Matcha Lemon Brioche.

Plus, of course, local Filipino breads are well-represented by Ensaymada.

They have Plain Cheese Ensaymada, Ube Ensaymada, and the superbly tempting Triple Chocolate Ensaymada.

Savory Dishes

Not to be missed are Nord’s Davao’s savory dishes. The savory menu includes appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and pasta. Plus, full meals and platters. Each dish on the menu is well-crafted and tasty.

The Nord’s Appetizer Sampler has shrimps, potato wedges, squid rings, and fish sticks. All deep-fried. And complimented by 3 dipping sauces: Honey Mustard, Wasabi Aioli, and Ranch. Great for sharing with family and friends.

Among the main dishes, our favorites are the Crispy Samgyeupsal and the Adobo Diablo. The Crispy Samgyeupsal has a generous serving of deep fried thinly cut pork belly served with a Kimchi Coleslaw, Kimchi Rice, and 2 Eggs. Plus, a perfectly spicy and umami-filled dipping sauce.

Meanwhile, the Adobo Diablo presents the classic Filipino adobo in an exciting manner. Spicy, salty, sour garlicky adobo shreds over white rice. And served with a salted egg salsa.

Pastries and Desserts

As you would expect, Nord’s Davao has a selection of pastries and desserts to end your meal.

After enjoying their savory dishes, it would only be appropriate to balance things with a rich, sweet treat. Nords Davao offers cakes and pastries to satisfy you sweet tooth cravings.
