Participants of the Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2011 (DFAT) will take home a piece of Mindanaoan delight courtesy of Alsons Aquaculture’s Sarangani Bay, producers of delicious fresh and frozen fish.
Sarangani Bay’s specialty are fresh bangus (milkfish). Whether fresh, frozen, processed, marinated, bottled, or ready to cook milkfish Sarangani Bay has it. And we’ll be taking home some of it.
