I’ve written more than enough about Lachi’s. Everybody knows it’s my favorite place in Davao City. Last night, I’ve had the pleasure of being treated to free dinner there by the proprietor, Mike and Melvin Aviles.

Let me share with you the photos of my wonderful free Christmas dinner there with some of my friends. For main course, we had Grilled Porkchop, Lechon Kawali, Stuffed Chicken with Pineapple Sauce, Unforgettable Grilled Pork Ribs, Laing, and Pork Marinara. For those new to the Lachi’s I recommend the Unforgettable Pork Ribs, and the Laing.

It had generous chunks of beef and carrots, bits of celery, and some bread that made the stew unique… all in a delicious bowl of yummy goodness. It was delicious, and eating it made me feel as if I was home.
